Man, consistency is crucial to weight loss. Not that every meal or choice has to be perfect, but the slightest shoulder shrugg of I don't care and things can get out of hand quickly.
I had about 2 solid weeks of mostly clean eating and getting some activity in. However, it was all undone over the last 4 days of mental retreat. On top of that, I have lost some of my drive to prepare food and fight for myself. It is so easy to push back healthy choices for one more meal. But then it happens again...and again.
I have to say no to myself, or the calendar will continue to change and I will be older and more out of shape. It has to be urgent or their is no critical motivation!
