Another beginning. I have really struggled over the last year to create some consistency in my health behaviors. Off and on, up and down. It has been really difficult to find the switch to turn it back on.
So, today is the day for a new start. I am going to reread some of what I have published earlier on this blog to encourage, remind and jumpstart my want for these behaviors.
